Saturday Racing at Snowball Derby Weekend Postponed

Five Flags Speedway officials have announced Saturday's racing activity has been postponed due to inclement weather.

The Snowball Derby Last Chance Qualifier will now take place on Sunday at Noon CT/1 p.m ET, prior to the start of the 56th Annual Snowball Derby presented by Hooters. Pre-race festivities for the Snowball Derby will take place following the Last Chance Qualifier, with the race beginning at approximately 2 p.m CT.

The Allen Turner Snowflake 100 and Faith Chapel Outlaw 50 will now take place on Monday, December 4. Snowflake 100 qualifying will begin at Noon CT on Monday, followed by the Snowflake 100 Last Chance Qualifier, Outlaw Group Qualifying, and then feature racing at approximately 3 p.m. CT.

Racing America's Snowball Derby pre-race coverage will begin at 11 p.m. CT/Noon ET on Sunday, leading into coverage of the Last Chance Qualifier and 56th Annual Snowball Derby. Monday's coverage will begin at 11:45 a.m. CT/12:45 p.m. ET and continue through the conclusion of Monday's racing action.

The practice of removing haulers from the infield will remain in place with the schedule change, offering the best possible view for fans in the grandstands for Sunday's race. Infield parking will also be available as usual for fans attending Sunday's race.
