With fast time in a Super Late Model, Pro Late Model, and Pro Truck during the "Money Runs" of Saturday's Snowball Derby Preview, Kaden Honeycutt won more than $1,000.
Kaden Honeycutt enjoyed a very busy Snowball Derby Preview on Saturday at Five Flags Speedway.
The Texas native set fast time during the “Money Run” final practice rounds for Snowball Derby Super Late Models, Allen Turner Snowflake 100 Pro Late Models and the Pro Trucks. In all, that effort earned him $1,050.
Honeycutt logged a time of 16.312 seconds during Super Late Model final practice, taking $500 for that effort. Jace Hansen was second-fastest, followed by David Gililand, Michael Scott and Joseph Meyer.
Honeycutt’s Pro Late Model fast time clocked in at 16.574 seconds, worth $300. Jason Vail finished second, with Brandon Lopez, Dustin Smith and Jeremy Williams rounding out the top five.

Meanwhile, Honeycutt narrowly edged out Treyce Capers with a time of 18.330 seconds for the Pro Truck cash prize of $250.
For the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour, Pensacola's Derrick Griffin set fast time during the Money Run at 17.270 seconds. For good measure, Honeycutt was second in that division, followed by Donnie Hamrac.

Gary Goodwin claimed fast time for the Faith Chapel Outlaws, ahead of Joe Bethea, Jr. and Scooter Grice. B.J. Leytham was fastest for the Sportsman division, while Ely Loper's 21.544-second lap earned him the Pure Stock cash prize.
The Snowball Derby Preview was the final open practice for divisions competing in the 57th Annual Snowball Derby between now and the start of on-track activities during the week of December 4-8.
