After an abbreviated practice day on Thursday, Friday's practice is crucial for Snowball Derby teams ahead of Country Pleasin' Pole Night. During the first round of Friday practice, Haeden Plybon set fast time, while David Gilliland was fastest during the second round.

Plybon, a former Northwest Super Late Model Series champion, clocked in at 16.321 seconds during the first practice round for super Late Models. He was followed by Treyten Lapcevich, Cole Butcher, Gilliland and William Sawalich.

The intensity ramped up during the second round of practice, the final opportunity for teams to prepare for qualifying. Many teams focused on mock qualifying runs in hopes of dialing in for the qualifying session.

After an hour on the track, NASCAR Cup Series veteran David Gilliland held the fastest lap of the session. Gilliland clocked in at 16.296 seconds, ahead of Dawson Sutton, Luke Fenhaus, Bubba Pollard and William Sawalich.

Carson Brown took a surprising path to fast time in the first round of Allen Turner Snowflake 100 practice. Shortly after spinning his Anthony Campi Racing No. 81 on the backstretch, Brown rocketed to the top of the charts with a time of 16.543 seconds. Dylan Cappello clocked in second, followed by 2019 Snowball Derby winner Travis Braden, young gun Sylas Ripley and Baby Rattler winner Jake Finch.

In the second round of Snowflake practice, Jason Vail logged the fastest lap at 16.742 seconds. Cappello was once again second, followed by Spencer Davis, Braden and Luke Baldwin.
