Racing America And RTA Media Launches RacerJobs.com

CONCORD, NC (July 27, 2023) – Racing America, in association with RTA Media Holdings, LLC (RTA Media), is launching RACER JOBS presented by Prestige Staffing, the largest and most comprehensive modern-day recruitment platform for the US racing industry including NASCAR, IndyCar, sportscar, local short track racing and more. The site will provide a focused recruitment platform for new and seasoned racing professionals alike to apply for industry jobs, and where organizations, both big and small, can promote their openings and ultimately have access to a pool of industry talent. At launch, Racer Jobs will have close to 200 relevant and available job openings across the US racing industry with more being added each week.

Concepted, funded, and managed by Racing America and RTA Media, Racer Jobs will be the ultimate destination to find jobs in the industry and to recruit the best talent into the racing ecosystem.

NOTES OF INTEREST:

A New Way to find Jobs in Racing: Racer Jobs will place a heavy emphasis on NASCAR and IndyCar related opportunities, both in the garage and the front office. Everyone from engineers to accountants and from salespeople to mechanics. It will also include many jobs from other professional, semi-professional and amateur series. An additional focus will be put on tracks, as well as regional and local racing opportunities.

Why Racer Jobs? Racer Jobs grew out of a need to better organize, promote, and attract talented new candidates to the racing industry. Not only will the platform be an easy way to recruit and apply but over time will also go in-depth and behind the scenes on certain jobs and organizations to better tell the story of each position. In addition, it will be a dedicated channel for applicants to receive advice about developing a career in motorsports through the ability to create and maintain a profile of their skills and experience so they can be found by companies actively recruiting.
