Monaco Modifieds Prepare for Strong Thompson Debut on Icebreaker Saturday

Coverage from Bristol, Thompson, Five Flags, Auburndale and Nashville throughout the weekend will be live for subscribers on RacingAmerica.TV.
The short track season is starting to kick into full gear as the calendar turns from March to April. There will be an incredible amount of coverage on RacingAmerica.TV this weekend, and you can check it all out with a RacingAmerica.TV subscription.
NOTE: The Monaco Tri-Track Modified portion of Saturday's Icebreaker Weekend has been postponed to Friday, October 11. Pro Trucks, Mini Stocks & 604 Modifieds have been added to the Sunday schedule.
Thompson Speedway hosts the 50th Icebreaker weekend on Saturday and Sunday, April 6-7. A rite of passage in the northeast racing scene, there will be no shortage of action at “The Big T” this weekend.
Among the races fans will see with their RacingAmerica.TV subscription this weekend, the Pro All Stars Series, Monaco Tri-Track Modifieds, Sunoco 604 Modiffieds, SK Lights and more will all be in action over the course of the two-day event.
Due to broadcast restrictions, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event on Sunday, April 7 will not be part of RacingAmerica.TV’s broadcast coverage. Otherwise, you’ll be able to watch all of the excitement live on Racing America.
Sunday’s broadcast coverage is expected to begin at 1:45 p.m. ET.
Short Track U.S. Nationals: The Last Lap
After several years away, the Short Track U.S. Nationals return to Bristol for “The Last Lap” on Saturday, April 6. The event features the Vores Compact Touring Series, CRA Street Stocks and Midwest Modifieds Tour.
More than 250 cars will be on hand for the event across the three divisions, each competing for a gladiator’s sword and a place in the Bristol history books. Broadcast coverage will begin at 5:30 p.m. ET.
Before the Short Track U.S. Nationals, be sure to tune in on Thursday, April 4 at 7 p.m. ET for a special edition of “The Bullring” live from the Short Track U.S. Nationals Pre-Race Party at Michael Waltrip Brewing.
The road to the Allen Turner Snowflake 100 begins on Friday, April 5 with the season opener for the Allen Turner Pro Late Models at Five Flags. The Outlaws, Sportsman and Crown Stocks will also be in action on Friday.
The Allen Turner Pro Late Models compete four times over the course of the season at Five Flags Speedway, giving teams time to prepare for the Snowflake 100 on the eve of the Snowball Derby in December.
Friday’s coverage will air at 8 p.m. CT/9 p.m. ET from Five Flags Speedway.
The UARA Sportsman Series hits the track on Saturday, April 6, competing at Auburndale Speedway. Fans last saw the UARA Sportsman Series as part of the Rattler 250 weekend at South Alabama, with Anthony Cataldi taking the checkered flag in the 75-lap event.
On Sunday, April 7, tune in at 2 p.m. CT/3 p.m. ET for live coverage from the kickoff for the 120th season of racing at the historic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.
The event is headlined by a 120-lap feature for the Pro Late Models. Limited Late Models, Pure Stocks, Front Runners, Legends and Bandoleros will also be in action on Sunday afternoon.
