NASCAR’s All-Star Race will return to the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway in 2025, Speedway Motorsports officially confirmed on Friday, just hours before the commencement of All-Star Weekend.

The stars of the NASCAR Cup Series will be taking to the 0.625-mile short track in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina on Sunday, May 18th, first with the All-Star Open and then later in the night, the $1-million-to-win All-Star Race.

Also featured during the 2025 All-Star Weekend will be the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, with the Wright Brand 250 running on Saturday, May 17. As has been the case the last two seasons, both the Pro Late Model and Late Model Stock Car classes of the zMAX CARS Tour will also be present.

Kyle Larson swept the weekend at North Wilkesboro Speedway in 2023, winning both the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event with Spire Motorsports, and the NASCAR Cup Series race with Hendrick Motorsports, both while carrying sponsorship from HendrickCars.com.

With Larson otherwise occupied with practice and qualifying for the Indianapolis 500, this season’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event is guaranteed to have a new winner. However, if the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series champion is to repeat his All-Star win on Sunday, he’ll have to start from the rear.

Additional details, such as concerts, format, and starting times for the 2025 Wright Brand 250, All-Star Open, and All-Star Race, will be officially announced at a later date.
