Lucas Oil returns as the primary sponsor for Kyle Busch's No. 8 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet for three races during the 2025 season, starting this Sunday at Martinsville Speedway.

Lucas Oil, an American manufacturer and distributor of automotive oil, additives, and lubricants with a long history of supporting motorsports, will be Busch's primary sponsor in Sunday's Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway.

The No. 8 Lucas Oil Chevrolet will also be on track at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on June 15 and Bristol Motor Speedway on September 13.

“Our relationship with RCR is built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared passion for racing,” said Brandon Bernstein, Director of Partnership Marketing for Lucas Oil. “We’ve been working side by side with RCR and ECR Engines for over a decade, constantly developing and improving our products to meet the extreme demands of NASCAR racing.

"Kyle Busch is not just one of the best drivers out there – he’s also part of the Lucas Oil family. We’re proud to back him and the No. 8 team, whether it’s on a short track, a superspeedway, or even in the sprint car world with his son, Brexton.”

Lucas Oil has also been part of a long-standing commitment to Richard Childress Racing, as well as a technical alliance with ECR engines that has been in place for more than a decade.

“Season after season, Lucas Oil has given us the technical support needed to run up front and win, and that is what makes this partnership so exceptional and why we are thrilled to have them back as the primary sponsor of the No. 8 Chevrolet,” said Mike Verlander, president of RCR.

Lucas Oil also sponsors Kyle Busch and his son Brexton in their dirt racing endeavors.

The Cook Out 400 will take place Sunday, March 30 at Martinsville Speedway. Coverage of the event will take place at 3:30 PM ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
