New Port Richey, FL. (April 6, 2022) Aledo, Texas driver Kaden Honeycutt will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at Martinsville Speedway on Thursday night in the G2G Racing #46 Toyota Tundra sporting the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation (FOJ) for Tim Viens. Kaden has supported FOJ for years as the organization is not new to racing and uses motorsports to raise awareness for children and their families that are battling pediatric cancer.

Honeycutt, who is currently competing in the Solid Rock Carriers CARS Tour for Nelson Motorsports and sits 2nd in points after the first two races of the year, is looking forward to getting in a NASCAR truck for the first time at the famed “Paper-Clip”

“I am super excited about this opportunity. There are so many people I want to thank that have been part of my career that has gotten me to this point. It is all surreal to me right now, but this is everything I’ve worked hard for. Everything that I and my family have gone through to get to this moment. A huge thank you to Tim Viens for taking the chance on me and the people behind the scenes that made this possible and they know who they are. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you. We are going to make the most out of this opportunity and I will give 150% every lap” said Honeycutt.

Honeycutt finished second in points in the 2021 CARS Tour championship as well as winning Rookie of the Year honors. Kaden recorded 2 wins, 6 top five, 12 top tens in 13 starts. He was the only driver in the series to complete 100% of the laps. The Texas driver will make the trip from Martinsville to Greenville-Pickens Speedway for round three of the Solid Rock Carriers CARS Tour on Saturday.

“I am excited to see a talented young man like Kaden make his debut with our program at Martinsville. So many of the top drivers in NASCAR have made their career starts at this track, and Kaden brings a ton of short-track experience with him. We look forward to Kaden joining G2G racing this week,” said team owner Tim Viens.

Honeycutt also races in a variety of other series/cars both on pavement and dirt, including 7 wins in a row in his dirt car in seven starts in 2022. Kaden drives for Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing (RFK) in the iRacing eNASCAR Coca-Cola Series as well.
