On Monday morning, Hendrick Motorsports revealed the 2024 Kelley Blue Book paint scheme for Chase Elliott and the No. 9 team. Additionally, the team released the two-race primary sponsorship schedule for the brand as well.
Kelley Blue Book will have its first turn on Elliott's No. 9 machine at Phoenix Raceway on March 10th, and the light blue, navy blue, and gold scheme will return for the NASCAR Cup Series Playoff event at Talladega Superspeedway on October 6th.
The scheme itself doesn't have much of a change from what it looked like in 2023. The one noticeable difference from 2023 to 2024 is the special Hendrick Motorsports 40th Anniversary logo decal on the C-Post of the car.
Here are some additional angles of the 2024 Kelley Blue Book paint scheme:
2024 will mark the ninth season that Kelley Blue Book has served as a primary sponsor of Elliott in the NASCAR Cup Series. The brand first partnered with Elliott during his rookie season in 2016.
Elliott scored a victory with the brand on his car at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the 2020 Alsco Uniforms 500.
In all, Elliott has recorded six top-five finishes and 10 top-10 finishes in 15 starts with Kelley Blue Book as the primary sponsor of his race car.
Elliott scored the Most Popular Driver Award again in 2023, an award he has now secured in six straight seasons. Elliott, who missed seven races in 2023, and subsequently missed the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, will look to return to form in 2024.
The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion has 18 wins in NASCAR Cup Series competition for Hendrick Motorsports.
