It's that time of year again -- NASCAR Throwback Weekend at Darlington Raceway. The stars of the NASCAR Cup Serieswill be showcasing classic paint schemes from years past in NASCAR during Mother's Day weekend. 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Darlington Throwback Paint Schemes
No. 1 Trackhouse Racing UPS / Worldwide Express Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Ross Chastain
What can brown do for you? Ross Chastain will pilot an awesome throwback to Dale Jarrett's early 2000s UPS paint scheme, as he carries the UPS logo on the hood of his No. 1 Worldwide Express Chevrolet Camaro. The partnership with UPS was made possible as Worldwide Express is an Authorized Reseller of UPS services.

No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing Sunny Delight Ford Mustang, Driver: Kevin Harvick
Kevin Harvick will finally have a chance to run the paint scheme that he was supposed to make his NASCAR Cup Series debut with this year at Darlington. Harvick was set to make his debut with Richard Childress Racing during the 2001 season in the No. 30 AOL Chevrolet, but was thrust into the No. 29 car after the unfortunate end to the 2001 Daytona 500.

No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Kyle Larson
Kyle Larson and the No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports team are taking us back to the 2009 season for the 2023 Darlington throwback race weekend, as Larson will drive the No. 80 scheme that Tony Stewart piloted to a win that year in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

No. 6 RFK Racing Castrol GTX Ford Mustang, Driver: Brad Keselowski
Brad Keselowski and the No. 6 RFK Racing team will run an old-school feel Castrol GTX Ford Mustang for NASCAR throwback weekend at Darlington Raceway.

No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Llumar Window Film Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Chase Elliott
Chase Elliott will throw it back to a paint scheme that is very special to himself personally and his family. He'll run the red No. 9 paint scheme that his father Bill Elliott ran for Evernham Motorsports in the early 2000s.

No. 10 Stewart-Haas Racing Smithfield Ford Mustang, Driver: Aric Almirola
Aric Almirola unveiled his throwback paint scheme at the Kannapolis Cannonballers minor league baseball game on Tuesday, May 2nd and my, oh my is it a beauty. Almirola will run a car that was inspired by Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s 2001 Budweiser MLB All-Star car that Earnhardt won the Summer race at Daytona in.

No. 12 Team Penske Menards / Dutch Boy Ford Mustang, Driver: Ryan Blaney
Ryan Blaney will pilot a throwback paint scheme in honor of his legendary father Dave Blaney. The paint scheme design mirrors the scheme that the elder Blaney piloted in the World of Outlaws back in his dominant run in the 1990s. The Menards branding naturally lined up well to make this a nearly flawless throwback.

No. 14 Stewart-Haas Racing Mahindra Tractors Ford Mustang, Driver: Chase Briscoe
Chase Briscoe will pilot a No. 14 Ford Mustang that is adorned in flames and looks like Tony Stewart's paint scheme from the 2000 Turkey Night Grand Prix.

No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing DeWalt Tools Toyota Camry, Driver: Christopher Bell
Christopher Bell will pay tribute to former DeWalt Tools driver Matt Kenseth, as Bell and the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing team will adorn their Toyota Camry with the paint scheme from Kenseth's 2003 NASCAR Cup Series championship season.

No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing DEX Imaging Ford Mustang, Driver: Harrison Burton
Harrison Burton will throw it back to his father -- Jeff Burton -- with his 2023 DEX Imaging throwback paint scheme. The scheme that Burton will run is the same scheme his dad drove with Exide Batteries sponsorship during the 1999 NASCAR Cup Series season.

No. 22 Team Penske Shell Pennzoil Ford Mustang, Driver: Joey Logano
Joey Logano and the No. 22 Team Penske group will utilize a very important paint scheme for Roger Penske and the Team Penske organization. This red, white, and blue scheme that Logano will run is a throwback to the first-ever NASCAR victory for Team Penske, which came with Mark Donohue behind the wheel of the No. 16 machine at Riverside back in 1973.

No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Axalta Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: William Byron
Back in 1998, Jeff Gordon and the No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports team brought a stunning Chevrolet to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the All-Star Race. The car featured special Chromalusion paint, which changed color when the light hit the car differently. William Byron will bring that iconic paint scheme back to life with Axalta, and just like the 1998 version of the car, which paid tribute to NASCAR's 50th Anniversary season, Byron's car will carry the NASCAR 75th Anniversary logo on the hood.

No. 38 Front Row Motorsports Serial1 Ford Mustang, Driver: Todd Gilliland
Before he was the NASCAR Senior Vice President of Competition, Elton Sawyer was a driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Todd Gilliland and the No. 38 Front Row Motorsports team will throw it back to Sawyer's old Barbasol ride from the 1997 season at Darlington.

Ryan Preece will keep it in the family with the throwback scheme on his No. 41 Ford Mustang, as he will honor his father's -- Jeff Preece -- late model paint scheme.

No. 42 LEGACY MOTOR CLUB Sunseeker Resort Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Noah Gragson
Noah Gragson will pay tribute to LEGACY MOTOR CLUB co-owner Jimmie Johnson, as he will run a scheme that mirror's Johnson's 2014 Coca-Cola 600 winning paint scheme.

No. 43 LEGACY MOTOR CLUB Allegiant Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Erik Jones
The KING! Erik Jones will throw it back to Richard Petty's 1968 Darlington paint scheme. In that race, Petty got out of his car during the race and took a hammer to the windshield of his No. 43 machine.

No. 47 JTG Daugherty Racing Kroger / Country Crock Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.
Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. and JTG Daugherty Racing will honor 1999 Winston Cup Series champion Dale Jarrett with a throwback to the paint scheme that he ran with Robert Yates Racing in 2001. Additionally, the scheme featured an image of Stenhouse's mom's favorite grilled cheese recipe, to incorporate sponsor Country Crock.
No. 48 Hendrick Motorsports Ally Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Josh Berry
Hendrick Motorsports and Alex Bowman are paying tribute to Kevin Hamlin, the spotter on the No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro, at Darlington Raceway. The paint scheme is designed to match the livery that Hamlin drove when competing in the NASCAR Busch Series for Chip Ganassi Racing in 2007, in which he scored a pair of top-10 results.

No. 51 Rick Ware Racing Jacob / Biohaven Ford Mustang, Driver: Ryan Newman
Ryan Newman will make his NASCAR Cup Series return in a scheme that honors his own first-career NASCAR Cup Series win from 2002. The No. 51 Rick Ware Racing Ford Mustang will carry the look of Newman's Mobil 1 Speedpass paint scheme from that season.

No. 54 Joe Gibbs Racing Shriners Children's Toyota Camry, Driver: Ty Gibbs
Back in 1996, Bobby Labonte drove a special red and yellow No. 18 machine in honor of Joe Gibbs being elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Ty Gibbs will run a throwback to that scheme with Shriners Children's as the primary sponsor.

No. 99 Trackhouse Racing Quaker State Chevrolet Camaro, Driver: Daniel Suárez
Daniel Suárez and the No. 99 Trackhouse Racing team entered into a primary sponsorship partnership with Quaker State this season, and the partnership has already given us one of the best throwback schemes you'll see. Suárez will pilot a No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro that is designed to look like Ricky Rudd's No. 26 Quaker State machine from the 1988 NASCAR Cup Series season.
