The Rod Spalding Classic 75 brings the Race of Champions Modified Series back to Chemung for the second time in 2024. In June, Zane Zeiner won ‘Race 300’ for the RoC Modifieds. Austin Beers was last year’s winner of the Rod Spalding Classic.
