Josh Berry Teaming Up With Dylan Fetcho Racing for Battle of Broadway 150
May 31, 2024
Dawson Sutton added his name to the list of winners in Pro Late Model competition at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, while Cody Stickler went to victory lane for the third straight year with the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour.
Dawson Sutton can now add a Pro Late Model victory at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway to his resume.
Sutton took the lead from Jackson Boone on a lap 15 restart and stayed in front for the remainder of the 100-lap distance for the win.
Sutton won a pair of Pro Late Model races last year at Five Flags Speedway, but now can add a trophy from the historic Nashville Fairgrounds to his collection.
“This Rackley W.A.R. team brought me a great car,” said Sutton. “There wasn’t much more to it. It’s a great car. Every weekend we come out here and fight hard.
“I’ve got a lot of P2s here, but to win here is a different story. Now that we’ve got it done, I think we can get a couple more. Hopefully we can come back in the Super soon and get some more.”
Jackson Boone finished second, followed by Trey Craig, Hunter Wright and Jim Wall in the top five.
The Modifieds of Mayhem were also in action on Saturday at Nashville. Cody Stickler led wire-to-wire for the win in the 50-lap event for the touring series.

“It definitely helps starting out front like that,” said Stickler. “Clean air, you know. You don’t have to race anybody, you can set the pace.”
Stickler has now won the last three Modifieds of Mayhem Tour events at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. Jeff Letson, who won the series’ inaugural visit in 2016, finished second, with 2022 series champion Jaxon Bishop crossing the line third.
Other winners on Saturday include Noah Allison (Crown Vics), Jonathan Dishman (Limited Late Models), Michael Crafton and Robby Taylor (Legends), Ray Gann (Front Runners), Jerry Hendrixson, Jr. (Pure Stocks) and Colt Johnson (Bandoleros).
The next event at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway will be the highly anticipated Battle of Broadway 150. The Thursday night special on June 27 preceding the NASCAR Cup Series visit to Nashville Superspeedway is headlined by a Pro Late Model event co-sanctioned by the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour.
The Battle of Broadway 150 already has a pair of high-profile entrants in Ross Chastain and Josh Berry. Street Stocks will also be part of the Thursday night program.
