Severe Weather Postpones ASA STARS National Tour ECMD 150 at North Wilkesboro

Heavy rain and thunderstorms in the area of North Wilkesboro Speedway was too much to overcome Tuesday evening, leading the ASA STARS National Tour ECMD 150 to be postponed until Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Earlier in the evening, qualifying for the event was cancelled and the field was set by a combined practice session. Four more positions will go to provisionals, two awarded to the Southern Super Series and two from the national tour. An additional six positions will come from the Last Chance Qualifier race.

NASCAR Cup Series drivers Daniel Suarez, Chase Elliott and William Byron will roll off the in the top three, followed by Bubba Pollard and Matthew Craig.

Gates at North Wilkesboro Speedway will open at 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
