VIP All Inclusive Tickets Available For ARCA & ASA Events at Five Flags
Mar 12, 2024
There are no shortage of storylines going into three days of racing at Five Flags, headlined by the ASA STARS National Tour and ARCA Menards Series East.
A three-day race weekend is on tap at Five Flags Speedway on March 22-24, including the ARCA Menards Series East season opener and the return of the ASA STARS National Tour for the Sunshine State 200.
Here is everything you need to know going into this weekend’s festivities at the famed half-mile oval in Pensacola, Florida.
Last year, the ASA STARS National Tour kicked off its inaugural season at Five Flags Speedway. Casey Roderick scored the victory in that event to kick off the 10-race campaign. Roderick leads the series point standings currently after a third-place finish at the Clyde Hart Memorial at New Smyrna Speedway.
More than 30 cars are currently entered for the ASA STARS National Tour event on Sunday, March 24. Among those who will be in the field are the aforementioned Roderick, five-time Deep South Cranes Blizzard Series champion Bubba Pollard, two-time ASA Southern Super Series champion Stephen Nasse and three-time SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour champion Jacob Gomes.
The full entry list for this race can be viewed below.
A handful of drivers will be competing in both the ARCA Menards Series East and ASA STARS National Tour portions of the weekend.
Jake Finch and Gio Ruggiero will both be attempting double-duty. Ruggiero finished second to William Sawalich in the ARCA Menards Series event at Phoenix, while Finch is coming off an impressive weekend at South Alabama Speedway where he won the Baby Rattler 125 and finished second to Pollard in the Rattler 250.
Speaking of Pollard, he will actually compete in three different races over the course of the weekend. Along with the ARCA Menards Series East and ASA STARS National Tour races, Pollard will also be part of the field for the Crown Stock feature.
If any of these drivers win both the ARCA and ASA events, they will win the Family Funeral & Cremation $5,000 Double-Down bonus. If Pollard can sweep all three races, one lucky fan who attends Five Flags Speedway on both Saturday and Sunday will also win $1,000.
Connor Zilisch will have a different kind of double duty. He will compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Circuit of the Americas on Saturday before flying to Pensacola to take part in the ARCA Menards Series East event that evening.
Some familiar names to fans at Five Flags will be part of the field for the ARCA Menards Series East Pensacola 150.
Drivers such as Pollard, Sawalich, Ruggiero and Finch have competed frequently at Five Flags Speedway. Before moving up the ladder, Finch was the Faith Chapel Outlaws track champion at Five Flags in 2021.
Hunter Wright, coming off the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing Pro Late Model title at New Smyrna, will make his ARCA platform debut on Saturday.
Pollard has won the first three major Super Late Model races to start the season. He opened the year at Cordele Motor Speedway with his third consecutive SpeedFest victory. He then won the Clyde Hart Memorial at New Smyrna Speedway before winning the Rattler 250 at South Alabama.
Three-day ticket packages are available for fans who want to watch all three days of racing at Five Flags Speedway. For just $60 for adults or $20 for children, you can purchase your advance tickets now and skip the wait at the gate on race day.
Advance tickets are also available with single-day options. Advance adult tickets are $10 for Friday night, $25 for Saturday and $30 for Sunday.
