NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series and Pro and Super Late Model championship race team, Rackley W.A.R., has reached a technical alliance with Nashville, Tennessee’s Dylan Fetcho Racing (DFR) and will raise the flag on the newly-named “W.A.R. Grip” program.

The arrangement will open Rackley W.A.R.’s research, development, technical services, and W.A.R. Shocks & Suspension’s award-winning data-driven program to the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway-based driver development race team.

DFR has been a long-standing customer of W.A.R. Shocks & Suspension. Additionally, Dylan and Scott Fetcho (Dylan’s father & team owner) and Rackley W.A.R. president Willie Allen, have been close personal friends off the track and competed on the racetrack for many years.

The partnershipwill position Rackley W.A.R. to become the official W.A.R. Shocks and Suspension supplier to Dylan Fetcho Racing Development. Each organization will remain independent and continue its individual operations. It in no way reflects a merger of the two established race teams.

In recent months, DFR has announced a series of young, talented drivers for its program and continues to expand and grow its organization.

Scott Fetcho feels the new association will build the growth and performance of his development program and the talent he is recruiting.

“We are looking forward to aligning with Rackley W.A.R. for our 2025 season. Willie’s knowledge of Pro and Super Late Model racing has earned him much respect in the industry,” Fetcho explained. “He has built a top-tier organization equipped with the tools that we can use to bring DFR Driver Development to the next level.”

Allen shared his excitement at seeing the full potential of this partnership.

“This is a unique opportunity for both sides of the deal. Scott will not settle for second-best,” Allen said. “I know he wants to build his program to be the best it can possibly be. He’s a tough competitor and that reflects in the way he runs his business. Where we are concerned, it gives us the opportunity to have further depth in our research and data acquisition that will ultimately benefit each team greatly.”

Members of each team said the partnership is immediate as they each prepare for a very busy late model race season.
