Spokane, WA - The Northwest Super Late Model Series is excited to announce the schedule for its’ tenth season. The series will visit a minimum of five different facilities in 2023, all throughout the Pacific Northwest. Currently the nine-race schedule will see the series participating three times at Tri-City Raceway at the Red Mountain Event Center, twice at the Wenatchee Valley Super-Oval, twice at Hermiston Raceway, once at Stateline Speedway, and it will visit Meridian Speedway for the first time in history, for a single event. An additional 10th event is being worked on and will be announced at a later date, if scheduled.
The series will launch its tenth season of action at Tri-City Raceway at RMEC with the “Apple Cup 125” on April 2nd. The “Leonard Evans Memorial 150”, at the Wenatchee Valley Super-Oval, will take place on April 22nd. Potential race number three could take place on May 6th. Next on the schedule is a return to Stateline Speedway for the “SLS 150” on May 20th, on the ¼-mile oval. The first half of the season will conclude at Hermiston Raceway on June 17th, with the teams racing for 125 laps.
The second half of the schedule will kick off with an 80-lap affair at Tri-City Raceway at RMEC on July 8th. The series will then head to Meridian Speedway for the first time in series history and will sanction the prestigious “Idaho 208” on August 19th. On September 3rd, the NWSLMS will make its’ second trip of the season to Hermiston Raceway, for the Labor Day Weekend “Atomic 125”. The traditional “Neal Newberry 125” will take place on September 16th at the Wenatchee Valley Super-Oval. For the second year in-a-row, the series will close out its’ schedule at Tri-City Raceway at RMEC in the “Fall Classic 125”. 33 teams started the season finale in 2022.
