Racing America to Broadcast Montana 200 from Mission Valley
Mar 1, 2022
JACKSONVILLE, NC – Goodyear All American Speedway is moving its second race of the season to Sunday, March 13 due to a schedule conflict with a nearby track.
The decision was made to accommodate racers in the Bandolero, Charger, and Legends divisions, which allows them to race at both Southern National Motorsports Park and Goodyear All American Speedway on the same weekend, instead of having to run just one. The Tides of March 125 presented by The Angry Ginger Irish Pub is headlined by twin races for the Charger division. In addition to Chargers, Legends and Bandoleros, Bombers, and U-CARs will also be in action.
“We’ve been trying to figure out a way to work something out for the past week or so with Southern National racing the same day, and we felt it was the best thing we could do for our racers to move the date,” track operator Anthony Goodyear said. “We’re hoping for sunny skies and beautiful weather on Sunday, March 13, and look forward to a great turnout.”
A complete rundown for the Sunday, March 13 race will be announced within the next couple of days.
The 2022 regular season, which marks the first full season in the Goodyear All American Speedway era in Jacksonville, will get underway on Saturday, March 5, with several divisions set to compete – including Bombers, Mini Stocks, and Champ Karts.
Goodyear All American Speedway is Jacksonville’s Action Attraction featuring racing and other events. For more information about Goodyear All American Speedway, check out the speedway’s website, like/follow “Goodyear All American Speedway” on Facebook, or follow the track on Instagram.
