Free ‘Mayor’s Breakfast’ Part of Winchester 400 Saturday at Winchester Speedway
Before enjoying a full day of racing on Saturday, October 12 at Winchester Speedway, fans are invited to the track for free breakfast with Winchester Mayor Bob McCoy and an esteemed list of dignitaries.

The Mayor’s Breakfast will take place inside the Winchester Speedway concession area on Saturday, October 12 from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. or as long as the biscuits, gravy and muffins last.
Along with Mayor McCoy, other featured guests of the breakfast include 1986 Daytona 500 winner Geoff Bodine, Winchester Speedway owner Charlie Shaw, and Tom Bigelow. A question-and-answer session will take place during the breakfast, allowing fans to hear more from these guests.
Bodine is serving as the Grand Marshal for the 53rd Winchester 400 presented by Vores Welding and Steel. Along with the Mayor’s Breakfast, he will be at Winchester Speedway throughout the weekend of October 11-13.
Bigelow was an open-wheel master, inducted in botht he National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and the National Midget Auto Racing Hall of Fame. A nine-time competitor in the Indianapolis 500, Bigelow is a multi-time winner in USAC competition at Winchester Speedway.
This is just another way Winchester Speedway is rolling out the red carpet for fans, drivers and teams this year at the Winchester 400 presented by Vores Welding and Steel.
Each ticket also comes with a $5.00 voucher to use at Winchester Speedway’s concession stands or gift shop, as well as the chance to the chance to win tickets to marquee short track events. The grand prize for the giveaway is two tickets to the All American 400, along with a two-night hotel stay in Nashville courtesy of Live Luxe Travel Co in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Fans attending the Winchester 400 race day on Sunday, October 13 can take part in a track walk at 11:30 a.m. ET, as well as observe technical inspection for the ASA STARS National Tour Super Late Model competitors.
It is also promising to be a special Winchester 400 weekend for competitors. Winners across all eight divisions will be presented signature Winchester Rifle trophies, and fast qualifiers will be awarded a specially engraved silver coin presented by SilverTowne of Winchester, Indiana.
