Five Flags Speedway has released its complete 2024 season, with 14 race days on the calendar between March and September paving the road to the 57th Annual Snowball Derby.
Racing begins on March 22-24 with a tripleheader racing weekend at the Pensacola, Florida half-mile. Local divisions will compete on Friday, March 22 leading into the Pensacola ARCA 200 for ARCA Menards Series East competitors on Saturday and the ASA STARS National Tour Sunshine State 200 on Sunday, March 24.

The Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series will hold its first race of 2024 on April 5. The Pro Late Model track championship will also compete on May 31, August 23 and September 28.
The Modifieds of Mayhem will visit Five Flags Speedway on May 10 and August 23 before their traditional season finale as part of the Snowball Derby weekend festivities on Friday, December 6.
As previously announced as part of the ASA Southern Super Series schedule, the Deep South Crane Blizzard Series dates are March 24, April 26, June 28 and September 28. Those four Super Late Model races can prove quite important, with the top 10 in Blizzard Series points holding eligibility for a provisional starting spot in the Snowball Derby.
Five Flags Speedway officials noted in their schedule announcement some slight changes to their 2024 schedule, in the spirit of cooperation with fellow Gulf Coast tracks such as Montgomery Motor Speedway and Mobile International Speedway.
“The 2024 scheduled dates are spaced a bit differently than in the past, as Five Flags officials worked diligently with neighboring tracks to allow both competitors and fans an opportunity to experience the best Gulf Coast racing has to offer,” stated their release.
“Both Montgomery Motor Speedway, and Mobile International Speedway have taken this same approach to scheduling. Stay tuned in the coming days as more detailed information on the specific events will be released.”
Five Flags Speedway local divisions accompany many of these dates throughout the season, but will also enjoy a handful of exclusive race nights. Along with the opening night on March 22, local divisions will take center stage on April 19, June 14 and August 2 before their standalone Night of Champions on September 21.
