FatHead Racing (FHR) is looking to add a dedicated and hardworking driver to its 2025 roster, with an open seat available in the team’s Pro Late Model program. With the potential to transition into Super Late Model competition based on experience and performance, this opportunity is ideal for a driver who is committed to development, success, and working alongside some of the best in the business.

FHR has built a reputation for developing top-tier talent, and this seat is more than just a ride—it’s a chance to learn and grow in a competitive environment. The selected driver will have the unique opportunity to work closely with short-track veteran Bubba Pollard, who has taken on an expanded role in the team’s driver development program. Pollard’s hands-on coaching approach provides valuable insight into racecraft, car setup, and what it takes to compete at the highest levels of Late Model racing.

“We’re looking for someone who is willing to put in the work—on and off the track,” said Pollard. “This isn’t just about showing up and driving; it’s about learning the car, understanding the process, and pushing yourself to improve every time you hit the track. We want a driver who is fully invested in their own success.”

The right candidate will be someone who embraces the grind of racing—studying data, working with the crew, and showing the discipline it takes to reach the next level.

While the team has signed a few drivers for a couple one-off races throughout the season, the opportunity lies with the right fit for someone who wants to grow and build. “We don’t want someone who’s just here for a few races,” added FHR owner Jamie Yelton. “We want someone who sees this as an opportunity to build something long-term, who’s eager to learn from Bubba and our team, and who will put in the effort every single day. The goal is to find the right driver—not just any driver.”

With proven equipment, a dedicated crew, and access to some of the best coaching in short-track racing, this is a rare opportunity for an up-and-coming driver to showcase their talent and take the next step in their career.

Interested drivers should contact FHR for more information.
