The World Crown 300 features a special format for UARA National competitors. Teams will begin Saturday with single-car qualifying at 3:00 p.m. ET. The two fastest cars in qualifying will secure front-row starting positions in the 300-lap feature, and all cars will receive points based on their qualifying position.
The qualifying session will set the lineups for a series of heat races starting at 4:30 p.m. ET. Drivers will also receive points based on their finish in those heat races. The driver with the best combined score between qualifying and heat races (excluding the top two drivers in qualifying, provided they run all the laps in their respective heat race) will start third, with the points totals determining the rest of the starting lineup.
If necessary, a Last Chance Qualifier will determine the final four spots in the starting lineup for the World Crown 300.

The previous editions of the World Crown 300 all took place at Gresham Motorsports Park in Jefferson, Georgia. Dick Trickle won the inaugural World Crown in 1983 at Gresham, then known as Georgia International Speedway.
The event quickly became one of the most prestigious Late Model events. The list of World Crown 300 winners includes several other all-time greats of stock car racing, including Darrell Waltrip, Rich Bickle, Gary Balough, Bobby Gill, Ronnie Sanders, and Chase Elliott.
The 2014 World Crown 300, won by Casey Roderick, marked the last running of the World Crown for 10 years. Gresham Motorsports Park closed following the 2014 season and has since been sold. Cordele Motor Speedway officials announced in June the return of the World Crown 300 for the 2024 racing season.
