The Rogers-Dabbs Challenge presented by Hoosier Tires returns for 2025, bringing top Pro Late Model competitors from the Gulf Coast region to four iconic venues during the season.
Debuting in 2024, the Rogers-Dabbs Challege will contest eight races in 2025 under the newly-formed Southern Pro Series banner. Five Flags Speedway, Mobile International Speedway, Montgomery Motor Speedway and Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway will each host two races over the course of 2025.
The Rogers-Dabbs Challenge kicks off the 2025 season at Five Flags Speedway on April 25, kicking off the road to the Allen Turner Snowflake 100 in the Allen Turner Pro Late Model Series opener. Five Flags' Night of Champions #2 Pro Late Model feature will also be the penultimate race of the Rogers-Dabbs Challenge on September 27.
A pair of Show Me the Money Series events at Montgomery Motor Speedway will serve as the Rogers-Dabbs Challenge events for 2025. The Disturbing the Peace 100 on May 17 will be the first visit for the Rogers-Dabbs Challenge. The Fall Brawl Champions Night 100 on October 18 will crown both a Show Me the Money Series champion and a Rogers-Dabbs Challenge champion.
The Rogers-Dabbs Challenge visits Mobile International Speedway for the first time on June 21. They'll return on August 16 for the Lee Fields Memorial, an event with more than 20 years of history at the Alabama half-mile.
The Battle of Broadway 150 on Thursday, May 29 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway hopes to build on a successful inaugural event in 2024. It will also be part of the Rogers-Dabbs Challenge in 2025, as well as the Pro Late Model event on July 12 alongside the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour's visit to the Nashville Fairgrounds.
The top seven finishes for drivers in these eight races will determine the champion for the Rogers-Dabbs Challenge in 2025. A minimum of $5,000 will be awarded to the champion. In 2024, John Bolen earned the inaugural Rogers-Dabbs Challenge title.
The Southern Pro Series will also collaborate with other tracks and sanctioning bodies, including CARS Tour, CRA Jegs Tour, CARS Tour West, and others. These groups, along with numerous individual tracks with Pro Late Model programs, are working together to help establish common rules and synchronized scheduling.
