The much-anticipated Brookside Equipment Sales Southern New England Triple Crown is ready to start in a big way at Seekonk Speedway in just over one week. Three marquee events make up the Brookside Equipment Sales Triple Crown this summer at two of the region’s most iconic settings, all with nearly $100,000 in purse money, contingency awards and point fund monies on the line between the three races!

The 49th Spring Green 124 is up first on Saturday, June 8 at Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The cornerstone ACT event is back at the Cement Palace this summer after a successful introduction last year and is expected to draw a large car count from both sides of the US/Canadian border! A long summer break brings the Brookside Equipment Triple Crown to Thompson Speedway for the 62nd annual Sunoco World Series of Racing on Saturday, October 12 before wrapping up back at Seekonk Speedway with the Haunted Hundred on November 2.

It's worth noting that all three events, as with all American-Canadian Tour events, are at least $5,000 to win and pay $500 to start. All Brookside Equipment Triple Crown events also carry the Falconi Energy prize courtesy of the folks in Southborough, Massachusetts in addition to the over $1,000 in contingency prizes already awarded. Falconi Energy also adds a $500 bonus to the fifth-place finisher in overall points, adding to the $4,000 series-long point fund put up by the folks at Brookside Equipment Sales in Phillipston, Massachusetts.

While it’s been a one-man show in D.J. Shaw as the back-to-back and reigning Brookside Equipment Triple Crown, Shaw has had quite the competition so far this season after an engine issue set him back during the American-Canadian Tour season opener at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Derek Gluchacki, Gabe Brown, Alexendre Tardif and rest of the American-Canadian Tour title chasers are sure to try and tackle the masses for the Brookside Equipment Triple Crown bonuses, but make no mistake – a strong-armed group of Southern New England defenders are sure to protect their honor, starting at Seekonk Speedway.

Already, a mass of Seekonk Speedway weekly warriors, led by two-time and defending Late Model champion Vinnie Arrenegado, are ready to defend the Action Track of the East next Saturday, June 8! Tom Carey III currently leads the ‘outsider’ category and would love nothing more than to bring the Southern New England Triple Crown home to his longtime car-owner Roger McHugh and Brookside Equipment!

The American-Canadian Tour is back in action on Saturday, June 8 at The Action Track of the East, Seekonk Speedway in Massachusetts. The American-Canadian Tour takes over the Concrete Palace for the first of two visits in 2024 with the 49th Spring Green 124, one of the sanctioning body’s marquee cornerstone events first taking place back in 1974. The Seekonk weekly Late Model warriors look to overpower the Touring stars and finally keep the win in Southeast Massachusetts after over 40 years of trying!
